My bench is taller than average and I am 5’2″, so that puts me an awkward angle on my knee doing some of these moves. For Chisel Balance, I used an irrigation box instead of a bench. This is a great start to the program, there are several challenging, but fun exercises, in this workout.Tonight I’ve been working on meal prepping and planning for Week 2. Week 1 of Hammer and Chisel is now complete!
